The re-organisation entails certain changes in design as well as new and improved functions. The most immediate change, however, is that the Home Banking system will only be available in Faroese for a period of a few months. The English version will be available in October 2010. In the meantime, a quick-guide to the HomeBanking system will be available in English, with a list of English translation of the Faroese titles.
 
Please note that if you have a list of creditors in the Home Banking system, we advice you to make a copy of the list and save it on your desktop. This is just a precaution in case the creditor list is not automatically transferred to the new system. Other features, such as bill payment agreements will be automatically transferred to the new system.
 
We have made it a priority to ensure that our customers not be inconvenienced more than absolutely necessary. Therefore, there will be no change in your account number or payment cards, and your customer consultant is the same.
 
When you log on the Home Banking system after the re-organisation, you will be able to do so with your current log-on information. The system will then ask you to change your log-on information.

Payments

Due to the re-organisation, it will not be possible to make foreign payments in the period 5 - 10 May 2010.
